Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in shipping your order.

Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the product
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Transit time: 3–7 business days after shipment (estimates only)
- Deliveries are typically made Monday–Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information is typically available within 24–48 hours after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will review the issue promptly.
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or other resolution in accordance with our policies.
Important Notes
- Shipping times do not include processing time.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the package is in transit.
