Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original packaging (inner packaging must not be opened or tampered with)
- Not assembled, used, or worn
- Returned in resalable condition (product and packaging must be intact)
Important: If you received a replacement item and wish to return your order, both the original and replacement item must be returned. If both items are not returned, we cannot issue a refund.
Returns must be shipped (postmarked) within 30 days of delivery. Returns sent outside this window or returned in heavily used or unsellable condition may be rejected.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at support@zultan.shop with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return (and photos if there is damage)

Please note: We currently do not provide prepaid return labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a package is refused or marked “Return to Sender,” you may be responsible for return shipping fees and any carrier fees. These may be deducted from any eligible refund once the package is returned to us.
Processing Time
Once your return is received, please allow 7–14 business days for inspection and processing.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
If you do not see the refund after 5 business days, please check your spam or junk folder and then contact support@zultan.shop.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@zultan.shop immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (if marked as such)
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Missing Item(s)
If items are missing from your delivery, contact support@zultan.shop within 5 days of receiving your order.
Please include photos of: (1) the packing slip, (2) all items received, and (3) the shipping label or box. If the package appears tampered with, we also recommend filing a claim with the carrier.
