How much is shipping?

We offer FREE Express Shipping to the United States and select international destinations.

Where is my order?

What is my tracking number?

Your tracking number is emailed to you 2–3 business days after placing your order.
If you haven’t received it within 5 days, please contact our support team.


I lost my tracking number. What should I do?

  • Your email address
  • Your shipping address

We’ll resend your tracking details.


Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes — changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.

We can update:

  • Shipping address
  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone number

After 12 hours, orders may already be processing and cannot be changed.


How do I cancel my order?

You may request cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
